BSI annual report and COVID-19 updates

IIOA member BSI publishes its Annual report and financial statements 2019.
Group revenue grew to £548.1m, a 7% increase (4% organic, 1% inorganic and 2% currency). Within these results, Assurance Services grew by 2% (1% constant currency), including Systems Certification, which BSI notes that, ‘Our Systems Certification business declined by 1% in 2019 at constant exchange rates, due to comparison with a very strong 2018 boosted by the transition mentioned above. However, we undertook several innovative initiatives to drive growth in 2020 and beyond.’
